Shipping Policy

At Callows Studio, every candle is carefully made and packed in our studio in County Tipperary before making its way to you.

Because our candles are handmade, please allow a little time for us to prepare your order, particularly for pieces from our Quantity One Collection, which are often freshly poured when ordered.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to:

• Republic of Ireland
• Northern Ireland
• United Kingdom
• France
• Germany
• Italy
• Netherlands
• Spain

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Ireland & Northern Ireland

Free shipping on orders of €35 or more.

For orders under €35, shipping is €6.

Orders are sent using An Post. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from the time your order is collected from the Studio, although this can vary depending on whether your address is urban or rural.

United Kingdom

Shipping to the UK mainland is available at checkout.

Shipping costs are:

• £17 for up to 3 items
• £22 for up to 5 items

Orders are sent using UPS and typically take 3–4 working days from collection from the Studio. Delivery times can vary depending on whether your address is urban or rural.

If UPS is unable to deliver your parcel, it will typically be taken to the nearest UPS collection point for you to collect at your convenience.

Please note that shipping to the UK may be subject to customs requirements, duties or taxes depending on the destination and current regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Europe & International

We currently offer shipping to selected European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain, as well as the United States.

The shipping cost for your destination will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Preparing your order

Most orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. However, because Callows Studio candles are handmade, some orders may require additional preparation time.

This is particularly relevant to our Quantity One Collection. These are one-of-a-kind vessels, and the candles are freshly poured when ordered, so please allow a little extra time before your order is dispatched.

We will always do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible.

Tracking your order

Where a tracked delivery service is used, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information, particularly for international deliveries, as your local carrier may contact you or require you to collect your parcel from a local collection point.

Delays & delivery problems

Once your parcel has been collected by the delivery service, it is outside our direct control. Occasionally, deliveries can take longer than the estimated times above due to weather, public holidays, customs, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate this with the carrier.

Incorrect delivery information

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the parcel has left the Studio.

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend it.
